 2024 Intentions

  1. List 3 things that did not work for you and how you will be doing things differently in the new year.
    This could be overcommitting, letting yourself down with broken promises, the way you work your business, letting fear sit in the drivers seat, etc.
     

  2. How can you celebrate yourself more? What will you do?
    Will you set a monthly standing date with yourself to treat yourself? Will you incorporate 5 minutes of alone time before bed? Will you start your day off with a fresh juice before you have coffee?
     

  3. How will you move through and overcome fear/lack of motivation differently?

  1. Describe your dream life BEST day… what does it look like, feel like, smell like?
     

  2. Now, who do you need to become to design your best year yet?
     

  3. Choose your Anchor Word. 
    Often people pick a word for the year without an understanding of the why behind it. I call the word of the year my “Anchor Word" this is what I anchor back into when I “don't feel like it” or my sprinter energy fades. Give yourself time with this. Sit with this and ask yourself, how do you want to feel on a day to day basis, what does someone who feels this way prioritize, how do they act, how do they show up in business, for others, and themselves? (This is the anchor to where we design goals, dreams, and cultivate desires from.) Your word may not come to you until you reflect on all of these questions.
